Question:  When I attempt to download the Adobe PDF file for a leadsheet, I receive an error message: There was a problem reading this document. File contains information not understood by the viewer.
Answer: You are most likely using an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You need to use the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is version 6.0 (for Windows users), and is available for FREE Here




Question:  Help! I can't figure out how to download the materials I just purchased!
Answer: The receipt you were emailed has a link to the download area of the site. You need to log in and go to the My Downloads of your account. The other way to get your download is by going to the site and in the upper right had corner of the site is the My Account link. Go there and log in. Once in you will see three links the last is the My Downloads area. Once you go there you will see your purchase. You click the download button and it will take you to the download screen. Follow the instructions on the screen to download and save the each song to your computer.




Question:  I need help burning the MP3's to a CD.
Answer: Unfortunately, due to the many differences in computer systems, we cannot offer support once you get the MP3's downloaded to your computer. We suggest using Nero Burning Rom to burn CD's. It will automatically convert the MP3's and burn them to CD. If you need further help in this area, we suggest you have a computer savvy user sit down with you at your computer and step you through it. Thanks for your understanding!
